proactiv does not work at all! You will never cure your acne by washing your face and using topical treatments....don't be fooled.

Until you change your diet you will struggle with acne.

I cured my acne by following the "Acne Cured" program., you can GOOGLE it...

This is the only thing that ever worked for me, PERIOD.

These are really great tips, except I wouldn't use an oil-based eye makeup remover, especially in the summer. Almay makes a great oil-free eye make up remover.

The chemicals in Self tanners are worse than the rays of the sun. Just put on SPF with UVA and UVB ray protection and tan NATURALLY.

Tanning naturally is also unhealthy - you're basically baking your skin. And with today's global warming it's even worse. Getting the sun for vitamin D is good, tanning isn't.

Lemons do help to clear up acne! I used to use a mix of fresh lemon juice and fresh orange juice on my face and it cleared up the horrible acne on my forehead!
