let me just say if you have not seen andrew bird live... it is a MUST. he is the most amazing person ever. he puts on a brilliant show and he is SOOO passionate. it is truly beautiful. i've seen him twice and it gets better every time. hands down, best performer.

I love this song, and this is a great performance (I love his crisp whistling), but it feels just a little rushed.

Also, I don't think that's Jay Bennett...unless he left the glasses at home and straightened his hair, but I can't imagine Jay wanting to do that...I also can't picture him playing bass with his thumb, but that's just me.

It's a Burns/Baldwin, probably mid/late sixties, not sure which model it is though. The tremelo on his is not original, I noticed screwholes when I saw him performing with Andrew Bird two days ago.
