  • Man I wonder what you would think to switch bodys with me boogie. I'm 5.11 and all my life I have been around 135 lbs even if I eat all month around the clock. I cant seem to gain any weight and I look very thin and unhealthy. I wish I could gain weight. I guess we both have the same problem on each end of the spectrum. hope you see this.   • in my opinion i think people try to justify why they didn't go to the gym and/or why they ate what they did with the whole "oh i go to the gym x amount of times a week, one day wont hurt" or "i haven't eaten any junk food for x amount of days" the reality is NO it's NOT going to kill to splurge every ONCE and a while. but that one day... almost always turns into two. which turns into three.. and so forth and what not.

  • @smulligan2 Aspartame is fine. The vast majority of artificial sweeteners are fine, and those that aren't, you'd need to be consuming nothing but to notice and negative health effects. But getting away from the mentality of requiring a super-sweet beverage every time you drink something will ultimately be the best thing for you.

I mean sure it will work if you are 100% dedicated to it all the time, but nobody has the time to count calories they're whole life. The people who do the best getting healthy and losing weight are the ones who are finally able to make a whole lifestyle change. It really is about what you eat. 2,000 calories of the wrong foods is still bad for you. You fucking twat.

  • boogie im sure you know how to loose weight but some key is drink lots of water cut out the sugar drinks im sure you know that stick to water exercise obviously dont go crazy lol do about 45-1hr of weight training make yourself a 3 day split or 5 day split if you got more time where everyday you work a body part or maybe 2 body parts and each day do some cardio 20-30 mins sleep 8 hrs a day if you can and try to stay in a caloric defict nothing crazy tho :) i have faith in you bud good luck :)

You have big legs and arms... so the muscle is going to develop on those big legs and arms.. thus adding weight. So you're getting healthier but not losing weight YET, you need to keep continue to build those muscles and over time the muscle will burn the fat. In short... keep up the diet and the working out... and stop being a bitch haha
