pretty cool stuff, I wish I was involve in the haarp program. This is some awesome freaking technology we are seeing here. Nikolas Tesla was the greatest inventor to ever live IMO. He may be a bit of a tripped out hippy, but not disinfo IMO. After a few years of listening to someone, you get a pretty good idea of what they're about.
