  • Israhell is the very worst and has nothing to do with Jews, it all has to do with the Rothschild banking Dynasty. Look it up.

  • He just said he was against a "jewish state", I don't see how it could be clearer than that. The trouble with chomsky is that he has nuanced views, and some people don't like nuance.

  • "... these countries are much worse than Israel". Great argument or whatever it was supposed to be. Why is this Chumpsky guy so badly worshipped by the wannabe intellectuals. He is a fraud because all of his theorising is underlined by one special interest - Israel / Zionism.

  • Jews are not exempt from being evil just like a Hindu is not exempt of being evil. There's nothing special about Jews. They go to Synagogue and do what they do. Just like there's nothing special about a Mormon.

Isn't in Judaism forbidden for Jews to go to Israel because they don't believe the Messiah has arrived? If that is the case, then Zionism is evil.

  • Brainwashed Zionist paranoia conveniently feeds on Israeli propaganda WHILST IGNORING ALL THE INDEPENDENT NEWS OUTLETS, WHICH CARRY CLEAR & INDISPUTABLE EVIDENCE THAT ISRAEL IS A TERRORIST STATE!

Zionism is a POLITICAL LIE and has NOTHING to do with religeon!

Israel is DENOUNCED because their actions are CLEARLY A CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY!

Whatever your faith, YOU ARE A HUMAN FIRST...

...A truth that Israel and Zionist CONVENIENTLY CHOOSE TO FORGET!!!

  • Yes, she DOES look smug.

  • @MrDarkbloom some people just have instinctive mannerisms that look smug all the time, even when they're not trying to be. I've met people like that.

  • i think its funny how a brainwashed girl, yes I am referring to the girl who asked the question, finds it incomprehensible the stand Chomsky sees himself in. its a big slap in the face for people like her who consider themselves a cluster when infact people who are jews consider and uphold their individual views and can tell the difference between right and wrong and not according or prioritising based on religious or political aspirations.

  • the Jewish people are not the problem; it's the savage ZIONIST Regime who are comprised of racist Jews AND Christians living in Israel AND supported by zionists in the United States, Canada and Europe that are responsible for the ethnic cleansing/genocide of the Palestinians.

in fact, most orthodox Jews actually OPPOSE the Israeli apartheid state.

  • @techcafe No, they don't, And trust me, the Jews never got along with anyone EVER!

  • I wished you could have a transcript of this because I could not hear him :-( he is very openminded which is great. I'm not Jewish, but I'm glad for the Jews to have a country. Not happy about arabs moving/getting kicked out, but they declared war too and had attacked Jews since the 20's... Arabs lost 3 wars and still don't accept defeat. That's like Germany wanting back Sudetenland and other areas they lost after WW2 and never develop...

  • Chomsky makes a great argument. Yes, it is true that Egypt, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Syria are far worse than Israel. The problem is that, and Chomsky himself knows this, Israel and Zionism has been painted almost as a humanitarian cause and movement. Israel is depicted as peace-loving, open and democratic while none of those regimes can be seen as anything near such. The end result is that people try and compare Israel with the west rather than with those states...

  • Grow up Chumsky the 1960s are over.

  • Comment removed

  • is it just my laptop speakers or can't you hear shit on this?

  • chomsky is so full of shit its difficult to listen to his tripe. He is a zionist, plain and simple. He supports the state. All his talk for the plight of the oppressed peoples is made null in void by his support for an apartaid entity.

  • @yanikv Are you serious? Chomsky was born into a Jewish family, yes; however, I highly doubt that a person as rational and intelligent as Noam Chomsky actually believes in the Jewish religion and its fairytales (or any religion for that matter). And Chomsky was/is an activist who openly denounces extreme Jewish nationalism, zionism, and the oppression of all people (including the Palestinians being oppressed by Zionist Israel).

  • @manmythlegend12 Bullshit!, and every one knows it. He dismisses their actions and further blames the US. He seems to be a shill.

  • @yanikv The US deserves blame almost as much as Israel does. Israel gets basically its weaponry, gunships, battleships, and military technology from either the United States or Britain. And both those countries know that much of the things they gave Israel are used against innocent civilians in Gaza and elsewhere. Give me a quote from him dismissing Israel's actions and believes them to be perfectly acceptable.

  • @manmythlegend12 The people that contract that technology to Israel, at least in the U.S. are all Jews themselves. Most of which have Israeli Citizenship, and or family members living in Israel. Our State Department and Pentagon Defense Policy Board is riddled with Criminal Zionists who have helped the Israeli war effort using the U.S. to do so on a Military and Intelligence level. The "war on terror" is specifically for Israel and Zionism not for the American people or freedom.

  • @manmythlegend12 Chomsky was/is a Zionist ONLY because he thinks people, who call themselves Jewish (adopt this particular tribal identity) should have self-determination. But, here's the rub: ONLY if it doesn't impact on the human rights of any other group of people. I hate the fact that people give Chomsky shit for saying he's a Zionist. He also says he's a Conservative. These labels tell you very little about what kind of views a person holds ESPECIALLY when the terms become toxic these days

  • @yanikv You haven't read/heard a word Chomsky has said. He is AGAINST the Jewish state - he says it in this video for fuck sake! Your claim is absurd and the total opposite of what he has said here and written 1000 times.

  • @yanikv What do you mean "apartaid entity"? Do you mean what he supported originally which is the bi-national state? He said he no longer supports the bi-national one state solution because it is impossible to achieve that at least in the short term at this point, so he supports the two state solution now. It's not clear in this interview, but in other interviews he has said that he does support arms embargo to Israel and boycott of corporations involved in illegal settlements of Israel.

  • I'm not sure that I agree with Chomsky's answer that Saudi Arabia and Egypt are worse and of greater concern. Saudi Arabia has much much more internally repressive policies against democracy. But it doesn't seem to be in the process of brutally supressing and expelling a native population, with thousands dead in Lebanon and Gaza as an occupying force.

  • Muslim theocratic dictatorship is very bad, but maybe some things could actually be worse from the standpoint of an expelled minority that had been living someplace for 2000 years. I am not sure. What is worse, living under theocratic dictatorship or an Apartheid state that persecutes you for your ethnicity and tries to make life so miserable your ethnicity is pressured into leaving and replaced with the "more enlightened" ethnicity.

  • Yes, he does seem to be downplaying the role Jews can play. He seems to say that Israel doesn't speak for the Jews, so don't worry about it, there are worse places like Saudi Arabia.

What he seems to be missing is that tons of US dollars go to Israel, and people care about it because the Holy Land has some attraction and we don't want it to be an Apartheid state. That's how I feel.

  • I think Chomsky's view that it doesn't matter what your ethnicity is so long as your strategy is effective is sensible and obvious - a necessary condition. I don't understand what everyone is up in arms about (apart from the paranoid JEWS CONTROL THE WORLD guy)

  • I'm really tired of these false activists. saying shit about Jewish conspiracies makes you look like idiots and hurts the Palestinian cause. You all that think Chomsky isnt 100% for Palestinians are parasites, sucking the energy out of the movement. Go Fuck yourselves!

  • @JohnnyOrlandoMusic The Video at the link below shows a Former Israeli Government Minister declaring on American Television that calling people Anti-Semitic is a trick which Israelis use to suppress and conceal criticism of the Israeli government's abuse of Palestinians.

  • @arcanacelestia I will watch it. This phenomenon is well documented in Norman Finkelstein's "Beyond Chutzpah" and the "Holocaust Industry"

  • @JohnnyOrlandoMusic I pressed a button on my wall and a strange UFO appeared on my ceiling. CONSPIRACY!

  • @JohnnyOrlandoMusic When the Jews upset every nation they come into contact with it's not a conspiracy.

It's an overt reality that you're too brainwashed to accept.

  • I applaud her for asking the question for which i badly wanted to know his answer. His point at the end seemed to be his answer and he's pretty much TELLING THE AMERICAN JEWS (and Chomsky devotees) NOT TO CARE and let isreal continue with its shenanigans

He has been replaced by alex jones david icke david wilcock etc. all of whom are even more eccentric than Noam, who is still catering to those of his days who watching a few of his movies read none of his thoeries and got jobs in babylon

  • he's not telling US Jews not to care you idiot

  • why does the interviewer look so smug as chomsky answers her? was she expecting chomsky to praise israel as the rightful home of the jewish people when it occupies and annexes land that has never belonged to them?

  • I don't know if she looks smug, but I do know that she is far from BEING smug. If you listen to the interview, she ask what Chomsky thinks is the role for US Jews in the Palestinian solidarity movement. As she states, she is a member of the International Jewish ANTI-Zionist Network, so I don't know why she would want Chomsky to praise Israel. I have posted a clearer sounding recording on this site. Thanks for listening.

  • "it's kind of an abstract discussion..." and she skeptically looks up in her proverbial library as if she knows better. i heard what she said about her membership in the radically mislableled anti-zionist organization. i don't know why she would want chomsky to praise israel either.

  • perhaps, point taken. but I dont see why she would want Chomsky to praise Israel.

  • who cares whether he praises Israel?

Why doesn't chomsky at least acknowledge jewish domination of the American media and politicial parties, after all he lives there. He is on record of

saying that Israel lobby is a marginal entity and has no influence and always insinuates that government is controlled by oil companies. Chomsky is nothing but a jewish appologist

Chomsky lived in Israel in 50's and has worked for US government by the way .

  • wrong

  • jewish anti zionism is the biggest misnomer , these jews including only come here to control opposition. The reason why jews have succeeded in hijacking american and other governments is because jews like chomsky make sure that people are misled by lookin at everyone but the real culprits and don't do anything. If anyone believes that Chomsky is a threat to jewish supremacism , he has been sucked in that mindset of deception.

  • yo shut the fuck up

  • @gledalac1979

    Go funk yourself, motherfunker.

There is the potential for reasonable, educated debate to happen. You ruin it with your racial profiling and conspiracy theory and paranoia.

We hate you, and I only use that h-word occasionally.

  • @larrylife4life

She didn't look smug. She described herself as a US Jew opposed to the state of Israel. Therefore, I presume, she was expecting Chomsky to agree with her. Instead he pointed out, quite rightly, that focusing on identity politics on this issue ("As a Jew, I am strongly against Israeli policies") will just lead you into useless and empty cul-de-sacs.

  • @larrylife4life She looks like a WWII German caricature

  • @larrylife4life You said she looks smug, okay, putting that aside, do you even listen to the conversation? You ask if she was "expecting chomsky to praise israel as the rightful home of the jewish people when it occupies and annexes land that has never belonged to them?" When she obviously said: "I'm an organizer with the international Jewish anti-Zionist network". I don't know if she disagrees with Chomsky on tactics, but she's obviously on the side of the Palestinians.

  • Very interesting to raise the question of jewish activism, I don't think you can separate the two. Working class activism was basically invented by jews. Sadly so was modern capitalism whereas the jewish working class is now extinct.

  • Where's the rest? :) Good questions.

  • the video cut off, but we have audio... we'll get that up soon.

  • posted the rest as audio only. FYI
