I'm not sure that I agree with Chomsky's answer that Saudi Arabia and Egypt are worse and of greater concern. Saudi Arabia has much much more internally repressive policies against democracy. But it doesn't seem to be in the process of brutally supressing and expelling a native population, with thousands dead in Lebanon and Gaza as an occupying force.
