Kramer doesn't want anyone to carry guns. I can't believe she thinks she can separate her beliefs with her chapter's goals. Also, I'm sick of hearing this argument than we limit the 1st amendment with the fire in the theater thing and that a good reason to limit the 2nd amendment. Yelling fire in any building when their is none puts the lives of those people at risk as they panic for the exit. That person is liable to the persons injured in the evacuation and the theater owner for lost sales.

Legal gun ownership and carry weapons with a permit are not in the same class as a person yelling in a theater.
