@RedReversed Heh, it's more gory than Company of Heroes, and that one's rated +18. But i think it also has something to do with the setting of the game, like, whether it displays the fighting as brutal and horrifying, or if it just displays it as pure entertainment (like Medal of Honor, Wolfenstein, etc.). Company of Heroes displays it as pure hell for both the Allies and the Germans, and Metro also displays it in a pretty brutal way.

well, therees this whole thing where if they show a image or rendered model of anything commenly involeved with sex they say it has a "sexual theme" all that means is that there is a direct refrence to sex. if there was actual sex it would be "sexual content" or in GTA IV "strong sexual content /nuditiy
