  • Good show here Becky. However it is the back/posterior/rear deltois that are worked with this, not 'upper'. They are actually lower down than the middle/lateral deltoid which makes people look wider from front/back. They attach under the spine of the scapula whereas the middle delt attaches to the top at the acromion.

    Demonstrator only looks about 45 degrees from the floor though, not parallel. Bending over far enough can be hard on the back so you can support her head in your hands.
