  • Sick fucking pylons!

  • is the instructor in that video Cassie Campbell?

  • Why all the hockey instructors always teach players in their sweat pants uniforms is beyond me. The players will never get proper visual reference even when the instructor demonstrates the move - it is night and day to skate in full gear and without it. Good Coach always skates and demonstrates in gear - I am talking about youth hockey where Coaches TEACH ( or should be able to...)

  • @micanut48 In fact two of the "players" demonstrating ARE IN FULL GEAR and they are the instructors. They are professional coaches and both have played professional hockey. One is still an active professional player. I am the "instructor" in hockey warmups and I am an excellent teacher and coach. I get results. My players love me because they gain confidence and improve. I'm trying to think of something positive to say to encourage you. How about..You were so close to getting it right :)

  • @hockeypassion Big headed much

  • @mammuttisusi Girls do play hockey. Four of them on my team, in fact. They are all very good.

  • @mammuttisusi stfu

  • @mammuttisusi yes girls play hockey its called the whl

  • @hockeyo11 its actually the nwhl...the whl is a men's league..

  • like many techniques i can unfortunately only do this on my right foot :\

  • Do you need deep hollows for these drills or just the angle of the lean? I find it when I go to my left foot outside edge, it tends to slide out at the heel as if I were to do an outside edge stop.

  • @boipinoi604

You need to put more weight toward the middle of your blade. If the heel is sliding out, then you have too much weight on your toes.

  • @snochicka thanks yo.. give that a try

  • would they fall over without the stick?

  • @sirdaveo not if you got the right balance and speed going into it. You're not trying to lean on your stick doing these drills.

  • great drill ! thanks
