just download the files. Once that is done drag and drop into your cstrike folder. From there you type in the cvar to turn it on when in single player. I am sorry but I don't know the cvar off hand.

ok, all you do is connect to your ftp server and upload the folders that say addons, cfgs blah blah into the cstrike folder. it will say something like "would you like to replace the files" click yes to all
