  • Thank you Esther! i need this so badly.

  • this is exactly what i need ... thank you ...

  • So relaxing after a long day - thank you !

  • Thanks!

  • Thank you Esther! Wonderful!

  • Your left shoulder looks higher then yr right.

Is this something you're aware of, or am I imagining this?

I notice because I deal with myofascial pain. One of my shoulders

    is higher than the other.

When I lay on the floor to stretch, I feel totally misaligned.

It hurts at times because I am so tight.

I've been thru a lot of PT, & some myofascial release massage, with no luck thus far.

Do u have any videos here on youtube that may help loosen up the fascia in my mid/upper back areas?

    Thank U

  • @StormyND You are right! My right shoulder is bothering me a bit over the last little while. I am working at it and am backing of on the arm balances, headstands, shoulderstands these days. I felt the misalignment, but didn't know it was visible till I saw it on video myself. And I will make a video to release fascia in mid and upper back soon! Good luck..

  • @yogatic Sorry it took so long for me to see yr reply.

I've been dealing with a lot of pain issues, and forget to check in here.

I'll keep an eye out for a fascia release video - good luck, and thank you!

  • @yogatic that would be nice. my left shoulder is also higher that my right one, because i spend a lot of time on the computer... i was wondering can yoga help and i'm glad i found out it can! :) looking forward to this video...

  • @StormyND Thank you for asking this -- I have the same problem so I was about to ask the same exact thing. :)

  • @misphotod I've had a few car accidents over the years, that have really messed with my neck and back.

Seems everyone I go to has no clue what to do with me. So we've purchased things like a home gym, inversion table, pilates home gym (just recently and I LOVE) etc. -- not to mention my guy is my daily massage therapist!

If you haven't tried the pilates home gym on HSN / Home Shopping Network - look it up. My sister just purchased on as well.

  • @StormyND Yeah I hear ya about being grateful for your massage therapist guy! Mine does the same for me and I don't know what I'd do without that!

Sorry to hear you can relate so well to the frustrations of being bounced from doc to doc. So far, gentle yoga, stretching, staying as active as I can, positivity and my boyfriend's massages are what keep me together. This gym looks like a really good thing to save up for! That's going on my list of things to try, for sure -- thanks for the info!!

  • I cant begin to tell how much I needed this today!! thankyou!!

  • Thank you Esther!

  • Thanks so much for another great vid!!! You are really gifted with this kind of meditation/relaxation.

  • I needed this last week when I had finals, lol! Thanks for another great video :)
