  • dude what do you do to get like that, i just started 2 days ago LOL but still i do,

    10-15 min of running,

    50 -100 crunches

    25-35- pushups - lol i no

    50 lifts 40pds dumbells each hand

    any thing ealse should i do?

  • 50 -100 crunches dosent do anything to be honest

    the running is good

    25 - 35 pushups is very good for a begginer

    you have to do as much weight possible that u can and as many reps

    also the most important eat well atleast 4 times a day

    imagine i eat 8 times a day just to give u an ideal

  • if you workout in a gym do every machine they have for abs 20 reps each and il assure u youll get abs
