i'll never get over those sticks lol. i saw this show at every competition, and at one of them one of my friends wondered what would happen if we stole their sticks before the show... never happened. the guy who wrote their show is now our band director and the staff has already decided on no sticks in the show haha
cascade. we also had our band director leave, but she didn't tell anyone. our new director was hired the night before we were leaving for band camp. we were all shocked that he was dedicated enough to drive from spokane to everett at night just so he could be with us at camp.

yea it was a bit too much choreography for my taste. and i'm still not sold on the whole idea of having a miked choir on the field (from 2005). But I do love the music to both Carmina Burana and KA, I just thought it wasn't the best choice for marching music because i'm kinda against the whole electronics thing especially in marching music. but hey i don't mean to be a hot head on the net; just givin my opinion :)
camina burana was way better than this one sry, but the sticks were lame, and to the guy from mead, mt spokane doesnt get money from the district unlike ure pathetic band, and at least they dont need all the blue devils old shit to win, and cv is way better than you guys, kyle from clarkston
except i'm pretty sure that they don't judge you on uniforms, so how we dress doesnt matter. and maybe if mt. spokane was a little better about fundraising they would get some money. and cv sucks.

last i checked, mead won sweepstakes... that must have been because we suck so bad right? mt. spokanes show was kind of lame, but i dont even remember CV's show. oh and before you can talk, try going to a real compitition like the BOA regionals. talk to me when CV actually beats mead at a marching band compitition... in fact, talk to me when CV beats mead at anything.
but yet every year the band that wins is different, last year it was mt spokane, year before it was cv, year before it was you, so next year i bet cv will win, oh and cv can at least come up with better show ideas than some gaurd fag running around the field in tights, thank you for the time, but you obviouly dont know anything about your own bands or the local ones near, thanks

Im not sure, but winning Best General Effect, Best Music, and Best Visual MUST have been because we had a stupid show with a "fag" running around the field. Oh, and he was wearing a business suit, i guess you could consider those tights, right? And its not that i dont konw anything about local bands, it just that i dont care. Before you start talking, make sure you have a real band to back you up.
