  • I've been studying the topic of weight loss for about 10 years now (I'm a personal trainer for a living) so I think I can shed some light on the topic.

    HOW TO LOSE FAT

    1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat "low glycemic" carb sources in the day).

    2) Choose the exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls). Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc. are great examples.

    3) Use the software and meal plans from FatLossCustomized. com

    4) Perform high intensity interval training.

  • ive done 7 pounds in 1week 1month 22pounds the most ive done with p90x doubles on diet no sugar it was horrible

  • losing weight is simple as hell.

    you only need 2 things. disciple and consistency.

    simple but tough :). eat a shitload of bananas, tuna, oatmeal, and other vegetable/fruits. no soda, no fried food, no white flour.

    and try to make small changes. i try to get tacos from this local joint instead of buying chinese food or something. drink water with lemon juice or drink a cup of tea instead of soda. eat some cherries or an apple instead of grabbing a bag of salty chips. NO QUICK FIX!

  • additionally, I take a vitamin C supplement, and Aloe pills, in addition to a tea spoon of flax seed with lunch and dinner. Yes its a high protein diet with all that, in addition to a circuit style Atlas workout, combined with Tai Chi Chuan again, I've done this stuff before, but not every day.

    30 days from now I'll see what happens myself.

  • I've recently started on a modified version of the Charles Atlas system; I've done it before, but never on a daily basis. Atlas recomends "you do all these exercises every single day for life." Never really worked out every day before....

    Additionally, I have a high protein, high fiber diet, with a small dark chocolate desert (4 pieces of a Hershey special dark giant bar). Dark chocolate has flavanol in it, and very little sugar, but enough to kill the craving for it.

  • Dude I don't trust vitamins and all that commercial stuff, I just did plain old exercise and diet and I lost 30 pounds in 5 months, it may take time but feels great.

  • im eating all natural my whole life i never started eating bad, i have a great weight and a great body, working out every day. its amazing, and so easy if you never had a bad nutrition

  • Hi there Sean! I wish i could challenge you but I think I don't have a chance with you. However from 1st May I've started my "30 day healthy diet" which doesn't contain sugar, chocolate, chips, any kind of sparkling waters or alcohol and other similar stuffs. I tell you it is really hard but I guess I presevere to the end. I gotta tell -your videos inspire me .You are my fitness GURU. Take care and Good luck with you challenge!

  • anything healthy is ok... that is about what I am going to try anyway... all natural... the way "we" at 500 years ago type of thing... no processed anything

    and eat banana

    chicken

    oatmeal

    tuna

    eggs

    brown rice or sweet patato

    i did it for a day and i lost a pound

    i was 290 then the next morrning i was 289 i havent been that light in years
