These missile tests are carried out every year by NK, & the short range tests are routine. The long-range testing is a much greater concern, but the worst threat is the nuclear weapons development program. Much of this activity is for internal consumption, especially since Kim iL Sung will likely die soon, & the gov could be destabilized.
