Nice my man . I live on the divide in Montana my brother and I got to say that was special . It put a tear in my eye for the joy of getting to live against the Mountain. Don't let the Commies fool you though. The wilderness is a happy wilderness and the animals of the forest are fat and healthy. Now the trees have pine bark beetles but that is because not enough harvesting is occurring and the day will come when the forest burns like a tender box

It's an E minor, just a different fingering than the one most people use - a bit higher. I had to look it up also. The G to G/Am7 is a different part of the song. You could just play a Cmaj there if you want.

Nice job; preamble a bit dis-ingenuous, though, don't you think? ALso on the intro, for the little picking riff on the change from F# to D (Em to C chord shapes), try jumping up to the G and B strings; the higher notes sing better.

Thanks for posting; I like watching different versions and settling on one of my own that mixes the best from various people. I lifted one chord change from you; the combination D and F# instead of the straight Em. ("Countin' troubles, instead of ...").
