Im thinking about joining a Harpers gym in the new town I'm moving too but the comments on this video sound waaaay too much like stealthy adverts. Bit sceptical now....

I have just joined my local Harpers and they have the most affordable personal training package just £20,00. I drive too much so my back hurts so they gave me a movement assessment to help me...I have done loads of stretching and i am much better now.. thanks Harpers team...

I have been a member for years and these guys are fantastic. Why pay £60 for a private health club when for £30 you can get the same quality. Google them, they are all over the country. When I joined I got five PT sessions for only £20. Do not be ripped off by expensive places these sports clubs are awesome.

I lost all the weight I wanted and now am working on that 6 pack!
