I was there and no he did not use this kid as a prop. Tickets were sold and if you got that seat then you got that seat. He wasn't placed there purposely. Also, the questions were random, he just picked people. Although I was not picked the local radio show here asked people to call in if they were one of those people who asked a question and many people called in and said it was just random.
