Are these shrimp you use raw or pre-cooked?

Also, is it best to keep the cloves of garlic whole or can they be cut up into smaller peices?

they're raw

I personally prefer to use the cloves of garlic and then remove them, I love how this sauce tastes this way.

Looks yummy! I think I'd take the shrimp heads out though... =) I luv how you sound when you speak!! I grew up around Italians all my life and I can pick it up some what ..that.. and I can speak spanish so that helps too! "ADORO TUOI VIDEO" =D
