  • god i love this team

  • the 1 dislike must be tony larusa GO REDS!!!!!!!!

  • i called off work just because of the possibility to be there for the clinching game and what a game to be at!

  • i was in centerfield standing under the smoke stacks when this happend... FUCKING ELECTRIC

  • The 1 dislike is Tim Byrdak

  • I will always get chills listening to this. Go reds! Looking forward to more magical moments like this in the coming seasons!

  • i remember watching this on tv with my dad, and both of us jumping up and highfiving like crazy!

  • Last year they didn't lose 2 out of 3 to the worst team in baseball

  • I miss you Jonny.

  • Thom I mean

  • Marty is a great announcer and that's why he is in the hall of fame. But Thomas is way too negative all the time talking about reds missed opportunities all the time and not letting it go. Go reds!!!

  • "AND THIS ONE BELONGS TO THE REDS!!!"

  • I was in centerfield under the smoke stacks when this happened... i still get chills

  • What a magical team. I saw this on TV, and I absolutely flipped out when I saw that! So exciting!!! The Cincinnati Reds are the absolute best team ever!

  • Love Marty, but his son, Thom, had the best call.

  • You know.....I honestly don't like Thom's broadcasts at all. Marty is as good as it gets. Thom reminds me of a stereotypical broadcaster who is a typical ass kisser. The two couldn't be more different.

  • God, I fucking love the Reds!

  • Marty is awesome!

  • damn, this brought a tear to my eye. best ending to a game ive ever seen

  • "And this one belongs to the Reds!" Gotta love Marty.

  • man in my life i never seen the reds do so good born a year after their world series vicotry, i have never been so happy in my life that they made the playoffs!

  • i honestly was at this game. he came up to bat and every one was so loud. he hit the ball and there was a tiny silence then everyone knew iit was gone and the crowd errupted. i get chiills everytime i watch this. been a long time reds fan and iim so glad to see them suceed

  • i was watching on TV and during the commercial break i called that jay bruce would hit a homer on the first pitch

  • @2002horton I had the same feeling. Except I was listening to the radio. I practically ripped my boombox cord out of my wall, flew downstairs, plugged it in all the while my mom was saying, "I don't want to listen to us lose this one." I said, "It's tied!" I turned to 700 WLW and less than 20 seconds later he smashed that ball!

  • bruuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuce

    gives me chills

  • This was awesome when it happened. I remember exactly where I was and get chills every time I listen to this.

  • Johnny Gomes is a partier!!!!

  • the fox sports callers were way better

  • and Marty with the call what an amazing night i get chills

  • BRUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCE

  • I would like to see us win it all this year!

  • "The players, it all belongs to them..."

  • "The players, it all belongs to them..."

  • ALL THE YEARS I waited for this.

  • this was an amazing moment i cant wait to see them on the 31 for opening day=)

  • Marty > Tom

  • Jay Bruce will forever be remembered in Reds history.

  • hearing this takes me back to summer... ARGH why is it still friggen cold and wet? :(

  • Bruuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuce

What a night- the most excited ive ever been i think watching the Reds- to see them clinch the 1st playoff spot and division title that i've ever seen and remember. and to hear Marty call the home run just adds to the excitiement

cant wait for this year and many years to come

  • INteresting...wonder where they got the model of Great American Ballpark because that is not the actual stadium. It must be an early architectural model of what would be come GABP.

  • This is the signature moment in the history of Great American Ballpark. I felt like a little kid again when this happened...standing in the living room of my home jumping up and down.

  • i can hear nuchall get up get up go go its gone

  • Can I just say something this game is on itunes I just bought it if u want details plz replay its not wlw though it thom and cowboy so thats fsn ohio

  • wish the phillies didn't buy their pitching staff so I could see the reds in another world series

  • Watching this and getting pumped up for the new season!

  • @CINDYJOY99 Check out my vid and tell me if it gets u pumped for 2011 season

  • WOW, WHAT A GREAT MOMENT!!! THAT MOMENT DID THIS CINCINNATIAN'S(GLENDALE) HEART A LOT OF GOOD! I NOW LIVE IN THE DC AREA, BUT I WILL ALWAYS LOVE MY HOME, AND BE A LIFELONG REDS FAN! I YELLED TO THE POINT WHERE I ALMOST LOST MY VOICE. THAT FELT SOOOO GOOD TO SEE THAT MOMENT!

  • great call, greatest Reds moment i've ever seen. This is a night i will never forget as long as i live because i had never seen the Reds make the playoffs- ya the Bengals 2 AFC North titles were nice but this was something totally different.

    BRUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCE

  • After hearing about Votto getting MVP today, I'm so ready to watch this over and over again!

  • ahh i get goosebumps everytime i listen to this! man i was going apeshit when it happened. home run of the year, no question!

    Bruuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuce!!

  • It was a "game ending" or division winning" home run. I ABSOLUTELY hate the term "walk-off"!! It's the worst term in all of sports. When announcers would say "game ending" it was great. Especially a World Series ending home run like Joe Carter hit. Goddamnit, people, stop saying "walk-off"; it sucks!!!!!!!!! Oh, yes, go Reds!!!

  • @Aikman81000 Amen! I in 100% agreement with you. I can't stand the term "walk off". Everybody is going to walk off the damn field. Use the correct terms people like "game winning" or "division winning" just like the Hall of Famer Marty Brennaman does.

  • 700 wlw

  • WLW is the station

  • amazing

  • You had to be there!!!!!!!! it started off as a low attendance and the fans just kept coming!! Go Reds!!

  • Bruce will be remembered for a long time after that shot. GO REDS!!!!!!

  • i have been a Cincinnati Reds' fan since the early 60s...finally after 15 yrs, WE have a championship

  • congrats to the reds- from a dodgers fan

  • I moved to Texas a few months ago, and I miss hearing his voice. Love his words. Amazing.

  • Thanks - great montage! GO REDS!

  • AWESOME!!!!! Thanks for putting this together!

  • Incredible! Thanks for putting this out for us all to enjoy!

  • As I was watching all I could think about was hearing Marty's call. Thanks.

  • Thanks for posting- i live here in Cinti- was watching on TV and was wondering what Marty's call was- pretty unbelievable stuff!
