Paul Wellstone was killed in a plane crash because of an inexperienced and unqualified pilot who lied about his training, and poor weather conditions. As much as I disagree with republicans, in no way do I feel that they were directly or inadvertantly responsible for the death of Senator Wellstone and the seven others accompanying him.
