You could always offer these as intensives to donate. Donate X and get a pipboy replica. Donate Y and get a Laser riffle replica. That's not "technically" selling and it could easily cover cost to produce the promotions and then some for production costs.

I agree with the others here, you guys would make a very good profit by making working pip-boys and replica laser rifles and replicas of the other items unique to Fallout that you used in the film. I, for one, would be quick to buy a replica pip-boy if they were sold (not the clock)

Still you should make like 5 of them at a time then sell them through eBay. I would buy one and I think a lot of people would too. plus you can make your pipboys and sell them too. @TheSurvivor1243 I'd love to be able to buy props like these too, but with fan-made costumes and props, there can be legal problems. Since Bethesda owns the intellectual property, selling replicas might get into some uncomfortable waters in regard to copyright laws, and with Bethesda trying to sue everyone these days (Interplay, Mojang), I imagine this might not be something these guys want to risk. I know that's the reason Star Wars costumers can't sell copies of their armor and so on.

Using Fallout: Nuka Break as a profit film would violate copyright infringement and immediately call out for a lawsuit against WaysideCreations. They can still ask for donations, but selling items is illegal, unless they gain permission to sell items of Fallout relations.
