I think the best program to convert video+audio all formats is "Format Factory"

@3lla0305 you can remove youre sd card, and insert it to your com/laptop. from there, you can copy paste the anything from the card to the comp.

@acepril I'm sorry but i dont know the exact reason because when I used to convert videos I didn't have any problem with this method. Now I've changed my mobile. I think that there must be some mistake converting your source file properly. Maybe because of resolution or some other setting. I recommend that you once again check that you have entered all the settings correctly in the quality profile you chose. Otherwise you can also try keeping the codec to xvid when you change the settings.

what i know is that the better the quality is the faster battery dies

@amerkiller1995 So we see that both are settings have advantages and disadvantages...........So maybe the video will work on both the settings......and it depends on the user to choose what he wants.........using your settings will make the file bigger and as u said will take up more battery but at the same time providing better viewing experience....while my settings will take less space and the conversion will also be faster....with maybe some compromise in quality... :) thnx for d infromation

dude i need your help. i used a other program before i watched this program. but if i convert a certain video it goes to 400x300 instead 400x240. i used 2 programs and it keeps the same. but now i cant watch it. can you help me on how to solve it?

@indro95 thats the other program XD and saw 6 was converted to 400x248 or something. and cookie wont play it. i also have the same problem with my PSP also with saw 6. than i get like 450x609 instead of 450x 600 (just an example)

Just one more little tip: at 2:12 if you choose the lower option (Save as and apply) you can give the new set of settings a name. I called them "LG Cookie" ;)

i don't know if by changing the bitrate to 640 kbps you will still be able to play it on lg cookie. Why don't you try by selecting the quality as high and apply same settings as I showed.

Sorry, but I can't give the exact answer because I don't have net on my mobile but according to me the kp 500 might not be supporting flash video online and thats probably the reason why it says file not supported. The cookie is a good mobile but it actually lacks many features especially in the case of applications. For example it doesn't support many profiles in java even bluetooth.

did you convert as mentioned? i would like you to watch the video once again. The steps shown in this video make an mp4 file. It can be easily opened by windows if you have a suitable player for it. Try to put the video on your mobile. If you still have problems then again return to me.
