I agree with some people here that Alan is the character who has changed most after the first season:

Alan is the absolutely the best and funniest character in Two and a Half Men season 5-7.

In season 1-3 he always was that angry brother, which i liked, but i think Charlie was the funniest character in season 1-2.

Alan is the best!
