I don't know why people are so defensive when you criticise certain elements of a band. I LIKE DH, I really do, but I'm not in love with the songs off TWIAT, but I am willing to give it a chance. I wrote that I was a tad disappointed with "Tie This Around Your Neck" and I got a lot of thumbs down marks. I feel that is a little immature, I like the band, I really do, but they could be a little better.

On another note, I do like the song in the background. Down is a'ight. \m/ \M/ \m/

I gotta say, this song is not that great. I took the tabs and put them into guitar pro so i kno exactly what it sounds like, and.......kind of a disappointment. And frankly the other two songs i've heard off their new album (tie this and collapsing) weren't fantastic either (collapsing was ok). I'm an avid DH fan, but i wish they would go back to their Triptych sound. I'm just sayin, the vocals, drums, and keyboard better kick ass on this this. if anyone wants the tab, message me

@whitestormee i have to agree. i don't have guitar pro, but i'm huge into music at school, so i can read the music easily enough and have a pretty good idea what it's gonna sound like, and it's not up to par. as soon as i heard that Ethan Luck was leaving, i was afraid that it wouldn't be the same...

how good are you at reading rhythms in sheet music? that's basically what this contest is doing-testing to see who's the best at reading rhythms. don't worry, the song itself is simple, the solo is the hard part.

just get a metronome, set it to the tempo written on the tab, and count. if you can't read music, you're screwed man. =)

Thats why they give the BPM and then you can play the music to a metronome.
