felipe had the double of points before hungary and he was one of the favs for the race win and so hamilton won the race in front of kimi who got 2nd place. bad luck anyway, 2008 the engine blew up with only 3laps to go and leading the race by over 30seconds and then the accident :(

No he's the same, he just needs a well balanced car and a team-mate that won't make him feel like he's number two (like Kimi). All in all Felipe is too much of a specialist, an F1 driver has to be more flexible and less sensitive to outside sources.

@aieljose it was pretty clear.. lewis did not deserve the punishment he received for what happened.. he gave the place back in the way the rules said was required.. and the other driver (kimi) involved in the incident crashed out of the race a couple of laps later anyway so it would have had no effect on lewis's result anyway.. until the stewards got involved and slapped lewis with the punishment and robbed him of the points he deserved

@steflotti105 Your just mad because lewis got penalised. You still have no basis to claim that he was penalised intentionally to try and ater the championship result. Not only did the FIA look down on Hamiltons actions but so did most of the other drivers aswell. That doesn't speak well for hamilton. Plus the fact that kimi retired form the race is irrelevant. Remember silverstone this year when alonso cut against kubica? Kubica retired shortly after yet alonso was still penalised.

@miltonwhatever See I dont think he was great in 2008. His main rival was Hamilton, who had 6 penalties and STILL won. Kimi was rubbish for godknows what reason, and Alonso wasnt in a front running car.

Massa has never had killer instinct and has only beaten his teammate twice in his whole career- 2005 JV, and 2008 KR. Otherwise, he has been beaten by his teammate the other 8 years.

Good job by Massa for taking advantage of an oportunity. But in all fairness Heikki botched his overtake by coming in so hot that he overshot the turn apex, thus slowing his exit, preventing the car he overtook form retaking him on the exit by simply being in the way and opening the door for Massa to walk through. It looked cool and Massa did his job well but Heikki handed it to him on a platter.
