  • use a Pyrex baking dish or a french ceramic baking dish to make your banana bread golden brown on the outside and moist on the inside.

  • can i use this batter for a muffin/cupcake? and if it is possible, what is the yield of the cupcakes/muffins? :)

  • @missieeA Thanks for your question, Yes absolutely I have used the same batter for muffins. Just use a muffin tin and you are set. I have used it in mini loaf tray.
