@Suikou223 he didn't came from outside. He came from the hallway where Larra saw him (and the other group of infected) in 0:11. They just break in.

@Jordan96CND that grandma has so much stamina. She gotten hit in the head by Manu several times in the previous movie. Then Larra shot her directly in the head and yet she still moves.
