not fake had the same thing on left wrist pins are tiny and stick out of skin with the bends in them so the doctor can pull them out without having to surgically remove them. and they are all placed in the appropriate spot to re heal a broken thumb carpal.

I flipped over a motorcycle at the line and broke my thumb. I had what is called a Bennetts fracture, and to fix my hand they had to insert temp pins to hold my bone in place.
