You may need more +Spell Damage. Retribution Aura, Consecration, Righteous fury. Make sure to get the improved Righteous Fury talent. If you're level 30 Blessing of Sanctuary, if you're 40 Cast Holy shield. Just hit em with holy damage. Easy.

You'll get exp from mobs other people kill, it just won't be as much as if you where fighting it as well, you'll get the most exp from mobs you're fighting yourself.

But he doesn't know crap about what boss drops what. Example, Tinkerer Gizlock:
