Beautiful!!! The music is outstanding, and love the traditional Japanese costumes combined with the sound of this enchanting piano playing by this very talented and beautiful lady.

I recognized the island of Miyajima, because someone in my family just returned from a trip to Japan. A very sacred and special place. One day, I will go there.

Keiko Matsui has been for years in my "favorites", but now this video is the harbinger of a better future for Japan: Today it's the full moon, a symbol of new energy. Moreover, Keiko Matsui will be at NY Central Park sunday 22 may 2011 for the "JAPAN DAY" !

I’ve always been a big fan of Keiko and her music, but it wasn’t until recently I decided to check out some of her videos and live performances. Wow… where have I been? The passion in her playing is remarkable, as is her poise and her dignified manner. Though impressed, I’m not surprised. Having been to Japan I have witnessed firsthand the honor and dignity so deeply embedded in the people of her country, and it shows in her music.

Keiko rates right up there with Yanni, And I have plans on buying one of her newest C.D's this week. I noticed it the other day (Saturday) and gave it a listen, Liked it but could not afford to purchase it. But I will this week. I have been a distant admirer of her music for a while. But never really bothered to buy any of her C.D's until now.

@dee198444 - Dee, if she EVER comes near to your town, don't miss it. Not only is she super talented, but she's super-friendly. She comes out to meet her fans afterward, signs their CD(s) personalized. I have the entire set all signed to me. And, when I told her my mom was a huge fan, but disabled & thus, couldn't make it - she personalized a second whole set of cds for my mom to listen to in the hospital. She is beautiful inside & out. I've never missed a concert in my hometown.
