Why does everyone seem to cast Sam Elliot as Thom, Sam would be much better cast as Elayas. I also picture Liam Neissen as Rhuarc, and Jennifer Connelly as Lanfear. Most of your other picks are right on. I really can not wait for this series to be made into a real movie.

While i completely and 100% agree with an all star cast for an all star series, can you imagine how much this would cost to produce in just paying the actors and actresses alone?

I really like this fan cast ^^, and you've done a really amazing job, finding actors that resemble the characters in the books. it's weird to see the image you have yourself about the cast so preserved in real life actors. I read some comments doubting the skills of said actors or another one that doesn't think it is in any way realistic so many actors would join up... but I believe they are kinda missing the point of this.
at any rate, great work, except Aviendah indeed: Maybe Claire Danez ?

The problem I have with these types of cast lists is that people always choose the actors who looks like the characters, but never mind the fact that they may not be suitable to actually PLAY said characters. It's more important, to me, that they manage to capture the personalities than the looks. Kristin Kreuk for example - no way in hell could she play Egwene. Egwene is way too hard and complex for a woman with Kreuk's acting skills. Clive Owen and Emile Hirsch - sure, but the rest? No!
@mutantgenepool Come on, Berelain is woman that gives men around her wish to sell their souls to pleasse her, i just dont see Sarah Gellar in that role. Megan Fox would do nicely, but he chose her for Aranger, so we need some other :-)

This one had way too many characters which made it impossible to place them in any one movie. This would be a composite of many books - probably the only way to do the things. Sort it out as it goes along.
This was by far the best WOT cast list I've ever seen, though it wasn't quite perfect. I've never seen so many actors that perfectly match the character's descriptions! What was missing was Faile's nose, Semirrage's dark skin, Julin Sandar and Amethera, (or did I just miss them?), and generally a more broad palate of skin tones. The WOT cultures are quite varied in appearance and it would be a shame to cast without that in mind. Nice work!

@AmylaineSedai I have no suggestions, I'm not super current with many actors. Perhaps the Twilight chick would work for Thera, but I'd rather not give her a place on the cast out of general principle. I say that Berry is too light to play Semmirage because Semi is DARK, dark as can be, not brown.

I like your choice for Perrin he is by far one of my favorite characters.
As for Lan I could see Gerrard Buttler playing him.
