@hiongchong makes no sense. 3meter gives you more time, therefore its harder to over rotate. 3 meter voluntaries are easier than off of 1meter

@Santo4HOF03 That means your spot is off, voluntaries on 3 meter is just spotting and dropping it in. if your over rotating you just have awful body control, not the height of the board, you can over rotate the same amount on 1

@Lv2learneverything that is a back dive pike position, i suppose the good ones would call it an easier one but i cant imagine doing it off of the three meter board, they did it absolutely perfectly too so very very difficult to do it like they did

@Lv2learneverything hahahaha. arguing about diving, *facepalm*. Its a back dive pike. pretty basic dive, but can be hard to master the form on 3 meter so yes it can be fairly difficult from the higher height you do it from.

but it a great video i luv it, but at the 2002 commonwealth games, i found it weird that despatie didnt win the 10 metre title, he won it we he was 13 but couldnt win it then, and he won the world title the next year, not his day i guess
