  • bon scott was a hippy :D

  • @phreaker92 nah

  • the scottish rock

  • See, an instrumental doesn't need a series of complex chord progressions (although that wouldn't hurt) to be fun! Even Mark gets groovin' at the end!

  • Bloody.. Fucking.. Brilliant

    Rock in peace.

  • whats the riff they start doing at the end? it sound like some kinda surf song or the beatles

  • RIP BONNY

  • O ye'll tak the high road an' I'll tak the low, I'll be in Scotland afore ye... For me and my true love will never meet again, By the bonnie bonnie banks o' Loch Lomond!!!!!

  • gah i love this song!! its so much fun to play on the guitar too!

  • @MarcLaPrairie it's scottish, not western!!

  • Hahahahahahahahahahaha

  • SCOTISH YOU RETARD!!

  • This song goes out bon scott!

  • @coolboy12176 that´s why it´s called bonny ;-) other name of this amazing song

  • This song is amazing. Scottish for sure, and AC/DC just clinched it and took it to a newer level, for its time. I personally think that around their High Voltage days to Dirty Deeds they had alot of power with their sound, As they do now!

  • nice! it's so...... scottish!

  • It's obviously Loch Lomond

  • Aye, Bonnie Banks! :)

  • du pur génie

  • the logo on the picture is from highway to hell, you can se some of the first "A" is missing, and if you take a look at the highway to hell, you'll see that Phil's head is a little in front of the logo.

  • AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • pure greatness! rock on acdc. i am one of your biggest fans! i graffitied my wall bearing the AC/DC logo on it for you.

  • love the littel solo at the end

  • One of the best songs they´ve made

  • On an otter CD Its called Bonny

  • yes they changed it to bonny after bon died

  • ahh that explains why, thanks for that information :)

  • Yeah, on Live, right?

  • I LOVE THE GUITAR!

  • its loch lomond

  • you can just hear them singing in the background

  • .....and if you look up the lyrics, you can sorta piece together what sounds like them singing the first and second verses....

  • You can hear it. And somebody (I think George) yells LOUDER!

  • ahh awesome song

  • I hear a faint sound, sounds like Bon going, " Nah Nah Nahnah".... XD

  • I's Scottish, but could just as easy pass for Irish. In fact we have songs that sound the exact same. (It sounds a little like Irish Rover for example.)

  • makes me feel proud to be scottish!!!

  • I think the tune he is playing is something to do with a song about Loch Lomond. It goes like "I'll take the high road and you take the low road and i'll be in Scotland before you"...or something =P

  • yep. Just looked for Loch Lomond. Its the same tune just a little more of a fast pace.

  • At 1:02 you can hear them sing that XD

  • Oh aye so you can, can't believe i've never heard that before!

It's probably because i'm always listening out for Bon going "Can I roam in your dome lassie?" at the end =P

  • fucking love these songs, in the shitest mments they really make feel a bit better!

  • nice drinkin song

  • wow acdc is for so a long time very great!

  • damn i own the cd of "74 jailbreak" and this isn't on it i kinda feel ripped off

  • no no this song is on the jaibreak single, not on the 74 jailbreak album ;)

  • this song is perfect to play at an irish bar on st patty'sday

  • You're rught. It does have that Irish feel to it doesn't it. I originally thought maybe scottish since that is where many of them are from.

  • hahahah i love this AC%DC RULES!!!!!

  • AC/DC's national anthem

  • lol thats cool

  • Il love this "song" ^^

  • This was not on live... that was bonny. Two diff instrumentals.

  • its the same instrumental, they renamed it bonny after bon scott died and slowed it down, its the same notes just played slower

  • This was used on AC/DC live but yea its shorter by like a minute they had a bunch of instrumentals, some were only released on the Maximum Overdrive movie, the only other ones I heard were D.T. and Chase The Ace, they also rock on them too. But D.T. is mainly my favorite

  • ac/dc f#~*ing rock

  • nice song ]:-) \,.,/

  • Lynsey38025Part2

that was the Apollo in glasgow 30-4-78

  • Cool thankyou for the info, had a feeling it'd be Glasgow.

  • Saw em playin this on the family jewels dvd jst b4 they perform Rocker,i'm not sure where they are tho but they're wearin Scotland football kits&its in1978&its really good to see em sorta payin tribute to where they were born (Malcolm,Angus&Bon)I wondered if they were actually performin in Scotland when they played it but it doesn't tell you on the dvd which is anoyin, but still its just a really enjoyable part of the show & l like the fact they acknowledge where their parents are originally from

  • Well not just their parents! They were all born there too.

  • i think its actually loch lomond..a trad scotish tune..i might be wrong though

  • that's definitely not Brian

  • you can hear Bon in the background sometimes

  • No acutally, before Bon died the song was titled Fling Thing, After Bon died they renamed it Bonny. And its very easy to tell if its the orginal version or the Bonny version because the Bonny version is much longer.

  • dammit, wikipedia, you have betrayed me!! didnt know that, thanks

  • wikipedia u can never trust lol, but i made a mistake, fling thing is longer than bonny, just a slight error. Rock on man, AC/DC kicks ass!

  • whoa thats bon

  • uff zaraz dojdzie do rękoczynów

  • R.I.P. Bon

  • they are from australia, bon scott was born in scotland and in year 1952 moved to australia

  • Angus, Malcolm, and Bon are from Scotland but moved to Australia at a young age. Phil Rudd and Mark Evans are both from Australia. Brian Johnson and Cliff Williams are from England.

  • Phil Rudd is a kiwi who moved to the land of Oz.

  • wtf

  • Bon Scott was born on 9 july 1946 in a small town kirriemuir in Scotland and not in 1952

  • Polish? Oh my God xD I wish, I'm from Poland. But that's impossible. Polish music is...
