Wow, that wasn't creepy or offensive at all. I already have a video on how to make cheap bo-shuriken. Anything beyond that requires expensive tools, practice at using those tools, proper safety gear, and a lot of patience. Not even to mention to the techniques for making and cutting.

Cut a sheet of metal with a jigsaw then ground the points to a fine taper on a grinding wheel.

By the way, for the people wondering how to make Bo-Shuriken and such, either check Sinmai's video on it or just go to Home Depot, buy a steel rod, cut it, then grind it. If your Don't have a grinding wheel, use a hammer, and hammer the point out.

It turns out most people don't even have a grinding wheel, a lot of kids try to make these in school, and get in trouble. I'd rather not be the one to blame for their efforts at making these. Theres nothing complicated to this, the real thing is the tool use, a lot of you guys don't understand that. There is no special technique or process or anything, I've done this all by myself just using a few tools I have in my shed.

I don't think so, throwing things with a length of less than 5" is very difficult, you may be able to throw it into foam perhaps, though not wood.

i started practising on a pizza box yesterday and it alrready have over 300 holes. i made them ALL with only 4 bo shurikens.(it wasnt my first practising, just the start of THAT pizza box.) i counted all the wholes. plus there are big holes from hitting them in the same spot so i just counted them as one. i was practising all day in my room. it got very boring but i ot way better.

My older target has over 30,000 holes in it. I became interested one day in the duration one of my targets could last. I tallied down the number of times I threw a single knife for about a week. In one week I had thrown a knife over 2,200 times. So in the 4 months I had that target, it accumulated a lot of holes. Some of them even grew to become very large and form gaps between the wood. It turns out that a target made of pine has the greatest durability.

Not that I've already written this on a DOZEN OTHER COMMENTS. I cut steel bars/plates/rods into the shapes I want with a jigsaw then I sharpen/taper them on a grinding wheel. This really isn't all that hard.

Throwing pointed objects and sticking them into wood is a lot harder than it looks. I'm not throwing into wood in this video but look at my other ones.

I recommend going to Wal-Mart or whatnot and buying some of those metal darts for dartbord sets. They're perfectly weighted for throwing, as they are, naturally, darts.

All you have to do is sharpen the tip with a grinder/whetstone to the point that they're razor sharp.

I didn't, its just a piece of metal that I cut/sharpened. I don't really like darts because they have stabilizers, I don't particularly like the throwing style either. You can look at my newer videos for more home made throwers, the newer ones are a lot better.

These aren't pencils or pens. They're metal spikes wrapped in tape. I put a hole in a window with a paper clip last year, it was getting replaced anyway though.
