What you're saying though is "action movie" like and fictional. You can't just drop a bomb on them and not have them retaliate, the countries around them with relations will also get very upset. A nuclear bomb would never be welcomed by Russia, China, India etc. The Japanese meltdown has caused major worldwide repercussions and that wasn't even a bomb, do you really think the world is going to just let us do what we want and kill whoever we want?
