I am a new sub to you and excited to watch your journey unfold. Congrats on your weightloss so far and you go and keep up the great work I myself had RNY on Nov 23rd 09 and these videos help keep me going
So glad you had such a great experience! Thanks for sharing this with us, you are not alone. Great, great, great advice! I'll have to have a positive attitude like you on my next visit to the Doc. Keep us posted as to the progress of the unfill. Prayers for you that you see these last 20lbs melt off!
Hey good to see you..You're not a goofy butthead..LOL..Everyones' journey is going to be different. Sounds like you had a great nurse!! I can feel your excitement and hope you can move forward and make better food choices:-) I bet you start dropping weight like crazy! Good luck:-)
My dietician had me start eating a protein breakfast instead of skipping. By adding a protein breakfast everyday I lost 5 lbs. without changing anything else! When I also added protein to my lunch and kept it under 500 calories I lost more. It amazed me that I could add meals (I was a skipper) and lose weight. She told me that eating a protein breakfast jump started your metabolism early in the day and you burned more calories all day long.
@KLUNME That sounds like sound advice. I am going to try it soon (I havent yet) but I will. It is amazing that you can eat more and lose more! It is something we have to re-train ourselves on!
great video - and i believe you're right. all except for the part where you say you're stupid :) you are not! you are just learning more about this crazy little band. something new all the time, huh? i think that's really exciting about you thinking of being a nurse. i just did 2 videos about brachioplasty plans last week. i would really love any info you could pass on to me and if you don't mind i would like to see how your arms are doing this far post op. i will email you.
@seemego2150 Thanks. Sometimes these things come to me and isn't that how people become rich?? Some need they recognize that they can fill??? Email me and I would be happy to share.

I so know what you are talking about. I needed an unfill after not having had a fill for 6 months!
