It's not dumb at all. In an interview Marcus addressed that he's not related to Antonio (therefore he's not related to Dominique-Rodgers either). It's just a rather large coincidence that he's also a lean, lanky top-flite cornerback. He considers Antonio his favorite cornerback however. I couldn't tell you if that's because of namesake or style.
