Note:

this building dosn't work on skyscraper alpha 4.1 which is the version on the homepage

you will need the experimental pre-release build which can be downloaded in the skyscraper forum

goto the skyscrapersim website then click to goto the forum.

then click Simulator Development.

then click October 15 2009 build (or what ever the latest version is).

there should be a download link that takes you to a directory.

in the directory download skyscraper-mmddyy.zip

have you downloaded the textures?

Make sure you put the beno folder into the data folder (so that in the data folder is the beno folder and in the beno is the textures) - do not put the contence of the beno folder into the data folder

for the textures are you talking about the .zip folder where both of the buildings are if so i have not
