I bought this DLC off of steam and I can't find the guns in the black market do I need to unlock them?

if your useing steam sure you are you said dlc..

What i want you to do is dont start the game but in steam right click the game propetiers or something and there should be a thing there to check for missing files or something 2 both things then it should update the game then try
