Nice video. I just wanted to add a couple things to this video. The Jalapeno is green only because it is unripe. If you leave a Jalapeno on the plant longer, it will be red. The same goes for green and red bell peppers as they are the same pepper.
The Habanero is one of the hottest peppers sold in grocery stores but there are less popular peppers that are considerably hotter, such as the Trinidad Scorpion, 7 pod, Bhut Jolokia and a few others.
