@MsGigi1947 Hi Gwen,& thank YOU.I'm sure they're available in the US.Goji is becoming very popular as a wonder health food. High in everything, lol. In these muffins I use 1/2 cup Goji soaked in wine,1/2 cup banana mashed,1/4 cup both milk & olive oil,1 egg,1/2 tsp.salt,1tsp baking soda,2-3tbs.sugar. & just over a cup of SR flour. I have a lot of other cooking videos. My "Banana & Black Cherry Muffins" is every ones favorite around here. Easy & worth a try.Thanks again Gwen.take care.bye for now
Jeff, you can grow your own goji berry from the seeds inside the dried berries. They are extremely easy to germinate - you have the perfect weather to grow them ^_^

I have never tried Giji berries but I know that they recommend them for your health.
I like your bakers four container!! Are you getting commission from Lowes for advertising their company? Or are you like me. I keep my flour in the fridge.

@meringue1000 Hi Meringue, thanks for that. I just keep that bag in the pantry, the flour doesn't last long, I'm using it as extra flour in my bread making. I'm using the bakers flour for everything else including SR flour. I bought a 2 kilo bag of baking powder pretty cheap, I keep that frozen & just a small amount in the pantry.
