  • Ur right but sunblock is also to prevent sun burn. And yes African American skin does burn! Trust me Ik. I'm a moca the color of a hershey candy bar complexion. Once when I went to Mexico without sunblock and my skin burned so bad it was peeling like snake skin for months. Lol

  • You are the BOMB! I love this video...GREAT great information!!

  • thanks so much for making this video u have opened my eyes to a lot of things..why do u keep on getting up lol?

  • i also use to think this way until i got sunburned and horrible scarring on my face...i dont use sunblock everyday only when necessary. like on days that i know I will be out in the blazing sun for long periods of time especially if i'm going to the beach or some water/amusement park. It doesn't hurt to use it on an as needed basis. Its all about balancing things out.

  • i once thought the same thing about sunscreen....until i got sunburned and i'm about your complexion! I also understand why they call in sunburn now...my face felt like it was on fire!

  • AS AFRICAN AMERICANS, WE CAN TO DEVELOP SKIN CANCER BECAUSE WE ARE DARKER DOESN'T MEAN YOU SHOULDN'T USE SUNSCREEN/SUNBLOCK...

  • You mentioned working out 6 days a week to lose weight. Is one day a week ENOUGH time for your body to rest and recouperate? I work out 6 days a week, but I worry that i am not resting my body enough.

  • @w8ing2exhale listen to your body....
