expansion pack cd so u wont really need the cd unless u want 2 reinstall the sims 2. yea i was suprised when i bought an expansion pack so the cd is just there.

you half to use your spansion cd to download and play. do you have double deluxe? because if you don't than you know all of this already.

You'll have to use the expansion CD. However, with some expansion packs, you will need to update your game. For this you need The Sims 2 CD 4.

Ha! I have one too and yes Sims 2 works on it. XP Just make sure you have enough memory space [it doesn't need much] and it should work just fine.
