  • Very good video! by the way my sister tried this very popular diet program known as: Impact 790 Diet and reduced 14 pounds within a month. I cannot remember the exact site just Google it.

  • Helpful video! by the way my daughter tried this very popular weight reduction plan called: Impact 790 Diet and already lost 5 kgs within just a month. I cannot remember the actual website just Google it.

  • this guy knows his stuff

  • ohhh shiiit what'd i do? this is gonna suck.

  • I used to be an adventurer like you, but then I took an arrow in the knee. :D

  • im 13. is it normal to have this injury at this age ??

  • i was playing foot ball and my shoulder litterally flipped and now i cant move it any tips?

  • @Crisiscluts i threw a punch then felt like i pulled something.Rotator Cuff- Maybe you pulled something. If you were lifting heavy maybe you have shoulder inflammation, which takes about 4 to 6 MONTHS to recover if you do therapy exercises and ice it A LOT. I am recovering because i started working out very very light and iced my shoulder after every work out. And no heavy lifting until the pain is gone, but make sure it is a slow process because you can damage your self even more. good luck!

  • @DJidein ya i went to the hospitaland i they told me ii got shoulder inflammation so...im stuck for about 3 months awsome :P anyway thanks for the help

  • @Crisiscluts in the mean time google ---(Nursing A Shoulder Injury "Be a 10 in 2010")---- REMEMBER very very light so your shoulder can stretch and build day by day. don't forget to ice.

  • hi i am experiencing pain originating in my right collarbone muscles and this pain sometimes also continues in the elbow (Medial antebrachial region) (especailly when i work on my computer). this pain in the collarbone region also causes a sensation as if my nerves are stretching and the pain in the elbow region makes my hands feel powerless although i can use it without any severe pain but still it feels uneasy. please tell me what my problem is?

  • Please can someone help me. My shoulder started clicking and the doctor says its over use of the tendons, tendentious i think and i've been of the weights for 7 god damn weeks, when the doctor said it would only take a month. When will this clicking of the two tendons crossing over each other go?!?!?! its so annoying, all i wan a do is start training again, it's postponing my body building!!!!!!

  • hi plz help me understand my prob.. cos docs here are just not able to find wat my real prob is..

my problem is.. i have this serious pain in ma left shoulder joint.. wer the pain is not 24/7.. i get this pain whenever i lift heavy weights or do pull ups... i kinda feel some muscle moving out the its place and gettin back... the pain i get after this is very intense... but im pretty sure my joints r not dislocated not do i have this tendons tear... plz help..

  • @RP347 does it hurt right at the end bone on your sholder? if it hurt mostly with bench press, you may have slightly stretched the ligaments in your rotator cuff, which then means either your back muscles or peck muscles, depeninding on how strong your shoulder is, will have to help keep your shoulder in place. If your injured shoulder is slightly more forward than your other, then this may be the case. I know because i have the same problem. Perhaps see a physio, or stop weights for a while.

  • hey, i've got an injury to the shoulder, and was wondering if i could get an opinion on it before / if i gotta go to the doc. I took a blow the left shoulder blade and heard two pops and had trouble moving my arm up. the next day, still the same arm problem, and it bothered me when i sneezed (athough breathing's fine). Today (2 weeks later), shoulder rotates almost perfect, sneezing's not much of a bother, but clavicle and upper part of shoulder blade doesn't feel "right" (no pain at all). help?

  • is it bad if my shoulder popped out 6 times since i injured it and one time it wouldnt go back in for over an hour? doctor signed me up for physical therapy but i was wondering since it popped out 6 times if i needed surgery

  • @fr0zdify You more than likely tore the capsule, its a peice of tough tissue that holds your shoulder in place, and i did the same thing and needed surgery, they also would most likely use anchors to keep the tissue in place and keep your shoulder in place. I'm sorry to tell you but i needed 6 months of recovery time from the surgery (also multiple labral tears)

  • @hurricanepride45 I put my arm forward and I twist it to where my palm is going away from me. Something can't support or stop the joint and it just keeps going in on itself. so while it feels like something is stopping your arm from twisting, I experience nothing. When you twist something stops it, but with me the actual ball and socket are the only things stopping it. There also is no pain. I did this pulling weights. I have hypermobility too and really need help.

  • @Bri212211 the fact that as you say only the ball and socket stops it supports my thought of a torn capsule, best guess would be to go see an orthopedic surgeon and get a full evaluation and possibly an MRI

  • @hurricanepride45 Is there pain involved in tearing a capsule? i had a lot of subluxation in the past that popped out in both arms and left them loose but I tightened them back up with some workouts. This one was different in the fact I noticed it after the workout that caused it. I went to pull something later that day and it felt strange. No pain at all though.

  • @Bri212211 its more of a discomfort feeling like a minor muscle pull, the pain would come from tears to other muscles such as the labrum or rotator cuff

  • @hurricanepride45 That's not good. Well, I feel pretty stupid for ignoring it for so long without getting professional help. Do you think the procedure where they heat the capsule to shrink it would work for me? anything but surgery. I've never had any surgery and I can't be nonactive for that long.

  • @Bri212211 im sorry to tell you but probably not, it would more than likely need to be anchored in place. Although i dont recommend this, i stopped weaing the sling after 2-3 weeks instead of the 4 months i was told, and although its risky, my shoulder was back to 100% in about 4 months and was able to skip the subsequent therapy

  • @hurricanepride45 Wait, you said it should feel like sore muscle. Mine doesn't at all. There's no soreness, no pain, I have full range of motion with no problems, and I continue to work out without causing anymore damage. I'm very confused because I don't know if it's serious or if I can just fix in my self like before. Also I snapped my humorous completely in half (no surgery, very lucky) and didn't wear the sling after 2 weeks and didn't have to go to therapy. works better that way.

  • "Hey Derek, you know what's good for shoulder pain? If you lick my butthole."

  • @JakeEwing5 stepbrothers lol get a life dude

  • Hey Derek you know whats good for shoulder pain? Licking my butthole.

  • @deppressed1 my left shoulder is ac separated, after time and smooth workouts i have noticed no decrease in my strength and adgility. I think of it as a deer and cat shoulder, its no big deal really

  • need help quick i been working out for 4 years and recently i been feeling this annoying pain in my shuolder i think i got it when i benched and its really getting me mad because i cant do almost any exercise for chest ot shoulder i feel the pain mostly when i move my arms up plz tell me if i mess up somthing in my shoulder if so what treatments do you recommend thx.

  • @goodlife6942

    Hello goodlife,

Give me an example of how your workout routine on average looks like. And I'l try helping best I can. Include amount of Sets, Reps and order of muscle groups etc.

I had your exact problem for a while and I fixed it completely. Not only that, I bench press insane amount of weight compared to before. You're blaming the bench press exercise without good reason. Its not that my friend, trust me.

  • @PullTheTricker hey ive been weight lifting for years and a couple of months i had an injury during a tricep session. I was doing 85kg close-grip bench press and perhaps went a little too low and when i pushed the bar upwards 'something' gave way. I still have full range of movement of my shoulder but it does hurt when i raise my right arm to the side and the pain increases when its put against weight. My doc gave me naprosyn which is an antiinflammatory drug, but i havent felt its effects yet.

  • @WaddMeister

Close grip bench press is a good exercise. Many times your problem develops slowly overtime caused by other factors that contribute to an injury later on. If you want my help, I'l need a look of your average workout routine. Sets, reps and order of.

With close grip you mean normal close grip or actually hands almost touching?

  • @PullTheTricker hi thank you for the reply! My rep range is between 8-12 reps and on that particular day I did 5 sets of close grip (2 which were warm up sets), skull crushers x 3, pushdowns x 3, dips x 2 and finally a burn out doing tricep kick backs, untill muscle fatigue basically. I always did rotator cuff exercises before any upper body workout, which is why I am annoyed because I was doing all the right actions to avoid injury in the first place!Could you offer any more advice on wat 2 do?

  • @WaddMeister

Exercises and amount of sets you described definitely seems acceptable. Obviously you're doing a split routine from what I can guess, But I can't judge from just 1 training day, I need to know how many times a week and in what order you train what bodypart. Usually if you want shoulder rehabilitation, you need to switch to a full body routine like Starting Strength. Oh and rotator cuff exercises are a waste of time and will overtrain you in the long run.

  • @WaddMeister dont listen to PullTheTricker and read the article: "Shoulder Savers" by Eric Cressey. Just google shoulder savers.

  • my shoulder pops a little sometimes when i move it in some positions, it doesn't hurt at all but I can fell it move and when i move my arm to the position it was in when i started, it pops back. I'm just 15 so it maybe moves just because i'm still growing... the same thing happens to my feet, hands and a little to my knees. does anybode have tips? (btw my shoulder moves like 0.5-1 cm)

  • 2 shoulder recons down, one more to go. Ever tried to sleep with consistently dislocating shoulders? Not easy.

  • I recently started to workout and today I did shoulder press and then I felt a pinch on my shoulder and couldn't do anything else heavy. After a while I felt okay I can move my shoulder and all but I can't put alot of pressure. I also have weak shoulders, can anyone give me at least a clue of what happen?

  • @conkernero have you had yourself checked?

because I felt the same thing doing bench press same as you I cant put too much pressure or I will fell the same pinch and wont be able to move it for a few minutes because of the pain

  • I have just kind of dislocated my shoulder but fortunately it came back in couple of seconds. I just want to ask how long should i need to keep in protective mode...as I said earlier it has come back but still for the sake of safety point of view i want to give it some days rest. Can I drive or not??

  • get products like these for less at ptunited.com

  • If doc wasnt in a fancy office I wouldnt trust his opinion

  • A WAY easier way to help shoulder pain is if you lick my butthole.

  • If I could say something to man kind, that would be...Don't dislocate your shoulder, hurts like hell!

  • I have worked in a warehouse for about 4-5 years now lifting heavy cases of various soda. Every morning i wake up with chronic shoulder pain even on days that i don't work for the whole weekend. The pain doesn't ever go away, and it is usually a stabbing/stinging sensation right under my right shoulder blade. I am right handed so it doesn't surprise me if it is work related. I can't afford to quit my job right now, does anyone have any suggestions that might help? In so much pain :( helppls

  • @RobSchneeberger do you think this is something worth seeing a doctor over? or is it probably just tendonitis? I don't want to go to the doctor unless i have to, does anyone else have similar symptoms like me? i will try anything, let me know

  • Good explanation of the problem - well done Doc. i found in the UK a great Russian technology to help reduce the inflamation and help with the pain and re-juvination of the area, it is called SCENAR and if you want to experience the power of this technology without having to take drugs why not look at this web site Bio HEalth-Screen Co.co.uk Keep up the good videos Doc - the public need to understand their bodies and how things work !

  • I hurt my shoulder I went to see the doctor he said its fine just ice it but its now been a year now and it still hurts everyday

  • @Core404 Thats not good , that is something that you need to talk to your doctor about

  • Shoulder pain by jacking off?

  • @AnthonyPhoeng123 most common

  • It's really hard to understand what he is saying..

  • I fell off a rock a broke my clavical and suffered an A/C separation. Gotta bulge at the edge of my shoulder now. It feels ok sometimes, but when I do anything physical with it, I can feel it tense up, and become sore. I can still do pullups, and push-ups and stuff, but not 100%.

  • I have shoulder tendinitis right now. This is my second flare up in 15 years. My flare ups only occur if I do certain exercise. I can not do dips. period. I cannot do incline with free dumb bells. When tendinitis flares up its best to rest up to a month, maybe take some naproxen or motrin, when you feel its ok, slowly start to work your way back. Muscle has memory so you should be back in no time. But never continue to work out with shoulder tendinitis, your only screwing yourself. Take a break!

  • @yonextman007

I think mine is dip-related too. Man it hurts.

  • look people need to stop beening silly get some deep freeze muscle gel rub it in

apply pressure to the join and slowly move it til it makes a loud crack feels nice there you go joint is good as new

  • Thank you for this video. I have had an intensely painful reoccuring shoulder injury and now realise i need to see my doctor. I have just made the apt. Thank you for helping me take action and not leave this to become chronic

  • Bem legal

  • how do you tighten your shoulder joints so more supportive for a boxer?

  • My right shoulder makes a slight "grinding" sound when I do push-ups or pull-ups. I'm able to move it every way - and only when I get physically active (very light dumbells) do I get a very low, dull pain that eventually subsides. Anyone else experience this? I'm an old fart now - in my 40's and have always been athletic and healthy.

  • @MoveOnDotOrgg Well I do admit I'm quite a bit younger, but I do believe I have something similar at more constant pain levels. For two years my shoulder has just randomly started popping around (in an uncomfortable way) when I carry semi heavy objects or hold a constant position with my hands level to my head. It's constantly in pain now, but I hate to say I have no idea what it is. It feels tight, but that doesn't seem to explain the popping around. If you found out what it is, let me know? :)

  • i had a partial shoulder separation playing football. any danger that it happens again and what can i do to heal it quickly?

  • I Injured my shoulder in Nov last year doing pull ups and it sounded like i stetched it and i was in pain for months and now it click alot and loud click where other people can hear it... i dunno what it is

  • @Jamietran123 Hi! also injured my shoulders doing pull ups, my question to you is.. do you still feel pain?

  • ive had three rotator cuff surgerys, ive had injections feels good for a short period of time, the pain returns with a vengance, i dont know were to turn anymore,im so worn out from the pain and discomfort, and dont want to take pain medication anymore HELP.

  • lol at the guy falling!! XD

  • I just had a shoulder operation done today to remove a broken piece of bone from an Grade III AC Joint Separation. I am sitting here typing. If it had been a rotator cuff or labrum I would still be in a sling. I separated my shoulder the first time in a Jujuitsu demo and then 3 weeks later racing dirtbikes. I'm 42, all of the fun stuff we do between ages 13-35 does catch back up with us. lol.

  • Oh yeah the first Dr. I saw gave me a totally different diagnosis then the second opinion I got...I went with the second opinion from a Doc that specializes in just sports shoulder injuries.

  • @ShinobisZ I hope my rotator is just swollen and not torn.

  • @Blacklizted

My MRI report stated that I had a possible slight tear in both my labrum and rotator cuff...there were no tears at all. I hope the best that yours is not torn as well. If it is and you get surgery at least you will be on the road to recovery...it will just take a little longer.

  • Thanks! The pain seems to be gone now, but I still went to the doctor to examine it. Hoping for your speedy recovery.

  • hey guys ,, i play alot of rugby and do alot in the gym , im finding it uncomfortable sleeping as i tend to sleep on my belly and when it comes to a game or the gym its not a sharp pain i just know its there ,, has anyone got some advice or maybe some training tips to help this stop ,,,thanks

  • @pauliesmagic

not sure how old you are but as I mentioned I goto the gym still too and I was told today to lay off of the 315+lbs on bench and squats as I'm not doing my joints any favors at this age...it's a hard transition if you grew up playing sports....starting to understand why most Pro Athletes lose a step and retire in their late 30's and early 40s.

  • Tendonitis is not the cause of shoulder pain it is a consequence of a biomechanical problem in the shoulder. This is a short sighted response in a vacuum. This is not the progressive response. The progressive response would mention the inhibition of the serratus anterior and its role in the stability of the scapula. Often its not mentioned because they do not understand how to successfully treat it. Its quite simple actually..

  • Cure Shoulder Pain here: watch?v=Q0uOvCtrf6g

  • CyberPT is BY FAR the best Free physical therapy website online.

  • HANSOWN, i agree on wut u said, i had boxing and tai boxing for 4 years and now i had to stop cause of my sholder :(

  • I lived with both of my rotator cuffs torn for years ( Painfull!!) had one repaired in june od 09 and wish i had done it sooner ..one down one to go..

  • ive had a dislocated shoulder twice now, and i hate going to hospital. and i know how painful it is! is there any home remedy for sticking it back in? (serious answers only please)

    many thanks

  • @FOREAL1231

You can never be sure that you didn't tear something when you dislocated your shoulder, so you should always see some sort of (real) doctor soon after the dislocation.

Your best bet is to find a physical/sports medicine therapist (you may need a reference from a orthopedist) who can work with you to strengthen and "fix" your shoulders so they don't do that.

  • boxing and svimming.

    shoulder pain is the worst

  • i i agree, i cant box no more cause of sholder :(

  • shoulder injuries are the fuckin worst!!!

  • You've got that right!

  • i have the shoulder since 2 years ago, mostly more painful in winter season, i have checked with so many dr.. I did accupuncture, chinese herbal medicine, massage, I did the Xray dr said the Xray is normal but its so painful, I can hear the sound from my joint shoulder when im walking, is any body knows the solution? that will be great help.

  • Yes, you should see an orthopedic doctor, and have an MRI. Xray will not should joint ligament tears. No alternative therapy will put a tear back together. Been there , done that, spent a ton of money on alternative therapy when I needed stitches in there....

  • thanks for sharing your experience, really appreciate by the way i live in hong kong no so easy to find the orthopedic i dont even believe they are good, any suggestion.

    cheers

  • Fish oil, Glucosamine, Chondroitin, MSM.

    Theres also cissus.

Try to let the shoulders rest for optimal healing.

  • @PullTheTricker for how long can the healing last? did you heal completly? i contracted my shoulder injury(tendinitis) doing pull ups without prior warming up, is it all it takes? rest and taking what you said?

    would appreciate immensely a reply.

    ps:what is MSM?

  • @Valtyful

Hey, my shoulder injury was a long time ago. Fortunately it never came back due to measures I took. Mine started after military press behind the neck while seated. Ever since I do them standing, problem went away for good. I bench press insane amount of weights now and no shoulder pain.

The sunbstances I mentioned are actually more of a injury prevention tool imo. Don't expect it to heal major injuries, but yes they're helpfull.

  • @Valtyful

As for how long does it take to heal? Depends on the injury. But it does take long nonetheless especially on rotator cuff injuries since cartillage do not have blood vessels.

For me it healed in 3 months completely. I don't think we have the same issue here though.

Just wondering, what exactly were you doing when it happend? And do you workout regularly?

  • @PullTheTricker Thank's for the reply, as i said before i was doing pull ups or shin ups, usually it's what i do and some biceps curls and pushups, nothing serious (at home) i also run. I'm sheduling for some phisiotherapy tomorrow, allready bought the oil fish (omega 3) the other things i allready had. ps:the pain came slowly after some days.. so i guess it won't be nothing serious, i hope. Once again thanks for the advice.

  • @Valtyful

If it came slowly you're most likely overtraining. Go check on Mark Rippetoe's Starting Strength program, and forget about your own routine. Many lifters in my gym who suffer from shoulder pain have same things in common, in that they have excessive high volume in their workouts.

  • i used to have bad shoulder pain but i remember 15 years ago i was unable to bend my hard-on even a tiny bit. 7 years ago i could bend it a little bit around. now adays i can fold it in half. i must be getting stronger.

  • 2:40 ah shit can't jerk off?!?

  • @wojtek0000 you could use your left

  • can u elaborate more on the rotator cuff tendinitis and frozen shoulder this is for my upcoming report tnx

  • hahhahaha

  • pugmastaflex i have the exact same problem without the soreness in my left chest do you no what it is ?

  • I have a persistent soreness/swelling in my upper left back near my backbone and scapula. It feels like a lump about 2 inches left of my spine and 6 inches down from my trapezius muscles. When I turn my head left far enough, that area will grind/crack (sort of relieving). I also have a slight soreness sometimes in my left chest where the muscles meet the shoulder.

This has been a problem for at least 4 years. It gets worse during long periods of desk/office work.

  • ive popped my shoulder out bout 15 times in boxing, but ive been doing strict exercise and so far its been 5 months and its been great but you must be strict at least 2 3 times a week and no heavy weights they will only cause more damage....

  • haha i like the example of an "extreme" fall lol

  • hi guys. I seperated my ac joint last Saturday and am, as of today off pain medication and still in a sling. I have an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon this upcoming Monday, but I was just wondering if any of you guys who have gone through this before could give me a rough est. of how long it will be before I can go back to doing things normally? i.e. play guitar. thanks.

  • lol same happened to me on the 12th when i took a spill on my bike up the french apls, iv a grade 3 seperation, my movement and pain it good and improves everyday....untill i try and raise my arm, the specialist i saw said that he wouldnt do surgery on me as i didnt need it and is mearly a cosmetic thing, and seemed optimistic of gaining full movement and stability in 6 or so weeks saying that "you'l be able to climb trees and other stupid stuff you like to do", hope you heal up quick

  • i was surfing for about 3-4 hrs, i couldnt lift my shoulder for about 3 days. its been about a month, still hurts a little on certain movements and clicks alot, i saw the doc yesterday. he did all the "doc" stuff and doesnt think anything is torn. he gave me some stretches and excercies. its pretty sore from them...bad sore...think i should still do them?

i need to get a useless X-ray before the MRI. healthcare system is annoying...150 dollars later for 5 copays

  • just become canadian

  • i have da same problem super14strauss my doctor said da same thing 2 me dumb pricks lool

  • iv got the typical ac shoulder seperation bump on my collar bone and my shoulder is always slipping in the join without ever fully dislocating n it also just feels like theres something missing from the back part of my shoulder yet iv had an xray and mri scan and the doctors reckon my shoulder is fine ? useless cunts lol

  • I've dislocated my right one prob around 15 times in the last 2 years but it's never to bad I can usually get it back in quickly without the whole voilent yanking thing. Altho it did happen once while I was sleeping and took me 3 to 4 hrs(that shit sucked) I'de prob have surgery if I had insurance.

  • i've dislocated my shoulder at least once a year since i 1995 think it's getting close to 20times now, i play volleyball atm and i strap it up each game. it's come out so many times that i've worked out how to relocate it in a relatively painless way (no slamming into things like Lethal weapon style anyway)

  • I dislocated my shoulder swimming, it stayed out the socket for 3 hours and now i have to have operation to repair torn ligment... i cant imagine anything worse then a shoulder dislocation, not even when i had a motor bike accedent, resulting in 40 stitches in my right leg.. jheez

  • so yea both of my shoulders are fucked up i just fucked up my right one again today falling off a skateboard its beena a re occuring problems for like two years

is it too late to fix it?

  • Fell down from a house on my inlines and broke my leg, my wrist, fucked up both my feet, dislocated my shoulder.

  • hi im a 16 year old drummer everytime when i play , i will have a back and should ache ,wad should i do ?

  • im 23 have a pain in my left shoulder to the front side in my peck

any ideas why it hurts everyday

i keep thinking its like my heart or something and i shit myself to see a doctor lol

  • hey i have the same exact problem i was told i have bursitis, but i still dont know where the chest pain is coming from...have u ever figured out what the chest pain is?? i thought it was my heart to i was even in the hospital but they couldnt find anything, it hurts everyday HEEEEELLLLLP

  • Im NOT A DOCTOR..but in order to help heal and speed the process you may need to do strengthing exercises and stretching exercises to help stabilze and heal the shoulder. if you sit around and just let it rest it may become stiff and be worse than before..but again i am NOT a DOCTOR. you need to speak to your doctor about it

  • @rockportmike I agree with what you said. I went to 2 doctors and each gave me different prognoses over something that seems simple enough. I hurt the area between my neck and shoulder about a month ago, and at first it was tremendous pain. first doct told me it was a tear, took medicine for it, and sure enuf two weeks later the pain went away, but now it's super stiff cuz i didn't use it at all...second doct told me give it another few weeks

  • I've been nursing an injury for months now. It's SO frustrating! The MRI showed nothing but I was wondering if some tears are harder to see than others. I am a grandmother of 3 but recently started bodybuilding.

  • thank you for sharing your knowledge and expertise. i play upright bass and electric bass for many years. i'm in my later 50s and now have an ache in my shoulder arm that i play the neck of the bass with. can you recommend exercises to help with the pain.

  • A shoulder injury kept me sidelined for my sophomore season in high school.

  • I was doing bench press today at 10 reps of 155, and started feeling pain where my chest muscle connects with my shoulder muscle. i fealt sharp pain and felt something tear. could this be a tendon tear? im not in alot of pain, but when i do a push-up i feel the sharp pain

  • same dude, does it hurt when you roll your shoulder forward? like you try to roll your shoulder forward like you're trying to show off your trapezius muscles

  • If you bench, then you MUST do rotator-cuff exercises too. Many heavy-duty bench pressers have the same complaint.

  • do u know what kinda exercises?

  • Yeah. The ones that work on your external rotator cuffs are, naturally, called 'Lateral External Rotation' and the ones that work on your inner cuffs are, naturally, called 'Lateral Internal Rotation'. Both of these exercises are to be performed on cable crossover machine. Of course, you should always consult your doctor before you begin any rigorous exercise program, but if you ask them about this stuff they would probably recommend you to a specialist.

  • Those exercises on the machines specified should greatly improve the quality of workout you have when you bench press. Do not just take my word for it though. Do a little digging into the anatomy of the human body and how the muscles interplay.

  • i think there is a problem with my joints in my shoulder i can move them vertically in a circle but when i stick my arms out forward and move them side to side my shoulder bones pop back and forth but oddly its doesnt cause pain but gets in the way of activities

  • thats where my arm hurts but where can i go to do a check up? do i need xrays?

  • i was hit by a car that was going 20 miles and i hit the hood with my shoulder. at first there was no pane until i tried to lift my arm it felt so week. what should i do?

i told the driver to go and that i was ok but now i regret it.

  • next time when you get hit by a car, which sounds almost inevitable for you, get their information and call the police...until then, go to a doctor

  • lmao

  • how long dus a grade 1 - 2 ac seperation take to heal in a fit active healthy ect 14 yr old male

  • I had Rotator cuff Injury from gym but thanks to few sites and few rehab exercise i am feeling well and im doing bench again and even have gains.

  • i am a swimmer with a rotator cuff problem.. i thought swimming was the best for anything.. so i kept on going but in a smaller pace but it keeps on bugging me. Should i just stop for 2 weeks and then continue..

  • personally, i would get it looked at bc i was a swimmer but while i was in a championship race swimming the 100 butterfly i tore my roator cuff. i went back to practice after having my arm in a sling for 3 weeks and just went at a slower pace but it just got worse and worse. and i finally went to my orthopedic doctor and he told me that i had to retire from swimming.

  • really u had to stop swimming??

havent gotten it checked yet.. so i better get going. :P

    thx

  • yeah, my coach in the beginning didn't think anything of it so he made me keep swimming, but when it became painful to do anything with my right shoulder we had it checked out. turned out it got torn and i went to physical therapy but that didn't help 100% and the doc said i had to retire or get a surgery (which i cannot afford). so yeah...just take a lil trip to ur doctor...just to be safe.

  • great thansk! kat!

i have gone to the psyh therp and they have started with aucopuntuncture (whatever it is spelled) =)

fuck how boring with the swimming, ive actually started underwater rugby.

  • im a rugby player and every tackle that i make, depending on which side i tackle on, that specific shoulder pops out and back in, its jarrs, ive locked myself in the gym and have done lots and muscle building around the shoulders and neck to try and strengthen the surrounding muscles, but it still keeps jarring. What does that mean?

  • To properly answer that question you have to include your age,how long you've been playing your sport, your diet, have you had previous injuries/illnesses possibly affecting your shoulder and descibe your workout routines. Capish?

  • 18. been playing for 3 yrs, healthy diet, ive had previous inujuries but not 2 my shoulders, my workout routines include general muscle building excercising, paying alot of attention to my arms.

  • Wow...by your description I thought you'd be much older! Well...rugby's definitely a rough contact sport and unlike American football, you're subject to alot more harsh knocks and any one indiviudal player on the team from what I know about it. What type of physique do you have, that makes a difference as well. I'm muscular and slender and in High school could never play certain positions.

  • thank you

  • Stop being an ass.
