Pretty cool. The only things I would suggest touching up (this video was uploaded a long time ago, so obviously you most likely improved a tons since), decrease the width between the eyes. When recreating your facial structure there are eight focus points. Top of the head, chin, ears, (or cheeks if you "rot" away the ears), both eyes, nose and mouth. Should help a ton and make it seem more realistic. Hope this helps.
