@thersman1111 - make that all Christians. I think that even if we are in a relatively good place/are mature Christians, our natures are never fully reconciled to Christ. After all, it was Paul (someone very advanced in the faith) who spoke of the two natures at war within him - which I think is what Jars of Clay is referring to in this song. We'll be fighting our own dark sides until the day we die.

@mysterio980 - are you referring to our own sinful nature, or the bad things that happen to us? Either way, I think that #1 they are a result of free will, which no one would like to go without, and #2 God so amazingly uses our hurt and the unpleasant situations in our lives to teach us, so much that I am grateful for them. There is so much that I wouldn't have been able to learn if I hadn't gone through my own 'misfortunes'.

We always have the choice - there is no temptation (the Bible says this somewhere) which is too hard for us to resist.You would prefer that God hadn't even made it possible for Adam and Eve to disobey him in the first place? It's an interesting thought, though I'm glad He did it the way that He did.

@MrMdovr2 you went to the harvest in Anaheim im guessing because i went to the one at Dodger Stadium and in the "Harvest news" paper it showed so many artists for Anaheim but it was for 3 days and Dodger Stadium was 1. i wish i saw them live i was excited cuz i thought they would play at the one i was at but no. it doesn't matter who played where as long as you loved harvest and took Greg Laurie's advice and his message in and apply it to yourself everyday

I also went to the Dodgers Stadium one this past weekend. :) It was an amazing time. When Chris Tomlin came out at the end...man..the worship was amazing..the holy spirit descended something fierce that night. It was absolutely wonderful.
