This recording does sound fake, but this is really how it goes with the most douchewaffle reps. I work at a call center, and I try to be way more understanding than that. :/
yep, fake, people arent this calm when it comes to over-charges and that guy at the billing department probably went like "no supervisors are available" and the person that fabricated this call understood that. I've started working at a call center, and its really hard the first few weeks, but congratulations, I hear verizon sucks, I hope you find a good carrier
the folks at verizon are certified jerks. i'm going to bash their name til someone does something about it. i've talked to CS and they did nothing. my mother has been paying over 300 dollars a month for 2 lines on the same account for OVER 10 YEARS and no one at verizon suggested a family plan to her!!
