  • Damn nice. Btw. You should do some flexing video - your look ripped in new intro :) Show off how a body could look if you eat healthy (and train hard of cause).

  • Is it true, that cooking with protein powder is not healthy at all? I've heard that the powder itself loses its value.

  • @jaggal005 yes its true, if you make pancakes or something else with heat and you use whey protein. than is this no a good idea. becuase whey protein are destroy if that is under heat. you can only cook with 100% Egg protein powder or micellar casein powder, this powders are not destroy! best regards from germany

  • Please give the video a like if you enjoy! Thanks for watching.

  • do you have to use egg whites or can you use a full egg ??

  • @welshstreetfighter10 Egg whites are healthier. Either works as far as how it will affect the waffel. When cooking you can't tell the differnece in taste so I would go with the healthier one. Also egg whites are easier cuz you just pour them out of a contianer and you don't get you fingers sticky cracking open egg shells. :-)

  • just made some they great thats my new breakfast now thanks alot

  • As a full-time student/employee/athlete with little cash to spare it's nice to find easy to prepare meals that provide a little variety. I get tired of chicken breast every day hah. Thanks for the tips and idea's man, the videos are awesome.

  • love your videos man feel like a chief in my kitchen now with all these recipes

  • you should do a video for epic meal time

  • isnt getting to much protien in a day just asking for a hernia?

  • i would highly recommend not over stirring, or in this case blending. there needs so be some lumps in it still, as overstrirring will cause too much gluten developement and therefore a waffle thats really rubbery.

  • Awesome recipe! I made them as pancakes and used no sugar butter flavored syrup.

  • Some foods you make look not as appealing as the originals but they're exciting cause you're making them your own. It's fun and you get to eat something no one else has made. Who else can say that?!!! NO one!

  • @lightdark173 NO one else has made, except a certain amount of people watching these videos and micheal himself...

  • I don't care what anyone says cottage cheese is disgusting!

  • Has anyone actually tried this???

    How is it?

  • or you can go to buybulkwhey(Dot)com get the non-flavored protein, buy some organic wheat flour, and some egg whites mix and cook taste just like waffles.

  • you spray so fast:) like Zohan:)))

  • this guy is pro, seems he has a lot of time

  • spongy waffles!!!

  • what can you use instead of cottage cheese if you dont have any?

  • @bazinga021 sperm:-)

  • huh huh...eh said all four holes filled huh huh

  • can i freeze these? i wanna make a whole bunch of them so i dont have to make it every morning

  • cANT YOU MaKe on with chocolate protein powder?

  • I tried these on a waffle maker I got from wal-mart and it was completely stuck all inside. Could hardly get any of it out.

  • Does'nt it dry out? I've tried pancakes and mine was SO dry!

  • is heating protein poweder a good idea?

  • not bad! will have to give it a try ;)

  • all waffles are a funny looking pancakes!

  • Tried this a few days ago, was not that bad at all. I'm thinking about blending in wheat germ, blueberries or strawberries and maybe some Truvia next time however to see how that would turn out. Hope it's good! But if not, the original is always awesome.

  • where are you from?

  • @leanbodylifestyle Why are you calling me ignorant? We need body fat, it isn't healthy to try cutting it out of your diet. You know you body can't synthesise amino acids so why are you so one sided?

Come on, how often do you have protein supplements?

  • @leanbodylifestyle The fat in cheese is good for your body. Protein shakes are processed, processed food is bad for you. It just seems comical to me, you say you should eat cheese in moderation but you have protein supplements all the time.

There are things called good cholesterol (found in cheese) which your cells need to stay healthy. It's okay to cut down your body fat temporarily but it isn't healthy to have no body fat for a long period of time.

  • @leanbodylifestyle Why do you say you can eat cheese in moderation, when most protein powders are soy or dairy based? I have heard that males shouldn't eat soy if they are under 25 because it affects your hormones.

I'm just saying because cheese is good for you but cow milk isn't so good.

  • can you make this without the oats?

  • hey is fat-free cheese ok when your on a strict diet

  • I love how all your recipes require protein powder lol

  • @WoWbob396 i dont because its still processed

  • Love how you commentate and harldy ever cuss thanks!!

  • it loooooooks delicious i never tryed wafles in my life :(

  • um, wut do u use for syrup xD

  • @jimmyjam9014 If you don't want to use pure maple syrup, i could suggest Blue Agave. It reminds me of honey and maple syrup combined as far as flavor It's a natural syrup from the plant it's named from.

  • Your videos make me so hungry!! -.-

  • Wasn't sure where to post this, but it's really good how you stay committed to what you want to do in life and you stick to it and don't get distracted by other things :)

  • I still watch Michael's vids. Thumbs up if Kory was your fav commentator :(

  • They look good.

  • Hey , what do you often take for your last two meals ?

  • Gotten bigger arms lately?

  • @leanbodylifestyle Cinnamon in its dry form can be toxic when used regularly, thats why it must be boiled and then strained before using.

Btw recepie is realy nice thanks for sharing it Michael:)

  • thanQ

but you didnt tell us how long should we wait :)

  • So no baking powder or baking soda required?

  • @leanbodylifestyle hey man, dont listen to the people, cinnamon is a very healthy all natural flavoring and sweetener

  • @leanbodylifestyle yea but it's your channel ! and do you think that cinnamon is 'toxic' ? if not put it in your recipes, can't change thinks from the way you like to do them just because you want to keep them happy, otherwise your not being true to yourself in what you believe in with your ossum recipes.

  • @M0ntaroo Agreed.

  • PS YUMM!!!

    Thanks for posting!

  • @leanbodylifestyle You can't please everyone..some people will always find faultl...show us what you like and if t helps some people we will appreciate it! :)

  • it's only toxic when used in very large amounts, like a quarter cup and little water. If you use a half a teaspoon, it's good for you. Also, I am going to research this, but pumpkin puree is also good (no sugar added of course), also try some vanilla extract. Remember we eat with our other senses too. Keep up the good work my friend.

  • "i've got all 4 holes filled...."

  • I'm a total foodie and love to cook, so I would suggest that you add some cinnamon to your recipe, maybe some nutmeg. Experiment with spices and herbs, trust me it will make a big difference.

  • yum yum... Looks Delicious:)

  • @leanbodylifestyle Dude are you like a chef? I subscribed to you like a month back and I keep seeing some of the most tasty looking food in your videos lol. I'm going to make some of the recipes you show one of these days.

  • since its healthy it lets us add twice the syrup! ;D

  • @leanbodylifestyle yes i get that about the waffles but about all the other stuff also

  • nice, ill try this later

  • ok so i understand that its healthy but isnt ALL the ingredents for ALL the stuff you make a bit expensive?

  • looks awesome, im hungry right now xD

  • i love this recipe because i just started my low carb diet and i love waffles so this is good for me. thanks

  • What do you recommend as a topping?

  • nice...im gonna add blue berrys and stuff...btw person who disliked is fat

  • They look delicious!

  • @17KFlash Thank you so much for your help. I really appreciate it. I will be seeing a specialist next month regarding the whole hormone thing. I will be trying the yougurt suggestion for sure. Any other tips will be greatly appreciated. Thanks a million hun :-)

  • @17KFlash Okay thanks. I just had a baby a year ago and I am trying to loose weight but i have stupid hormone issues that may be the reason why i'm not looseing weight. I wanted to get in shape by working out at home and eating right. I thought i should incorporate protein to help.

  • Roxas sent me here

  • I am gaining weight from all these waffles and French toasts :((. Back to my green smoothies as treats :$

  • Looks like im having these waffles for breakfast!

btw i have the same wafffle maker lol :)

  • Does protein make you gain weight?

  • @wpgmistyh2o

    It "promotes" muscle growth.
