@dalecampbl6 well puccini was a verist :) which means all of his work was verism for example madam butterfly as well

@DaNtE93srb Butterfly and Turandot are kind of more along the lines of fantasy. They don't really detail the sordid accounts of the poor living in poverty. But I'm not a scholar and not exactly sure how to define Puccini, but I know he has some verismo qualities.

Maria's singing ,Always conveys to me ,far more than words could ever say!!-Absolutely thrilling & inspires the very depths of soul.Even when I'm well, I feel more so,!! &-If I happen to feel a little down,she never fails to lift me up.What a Wonderful voice..(yet sadly,betrayed &cut down all too soon-)..Long Live "Donna Bella Maria".
